Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, however your satisfaction is important to us and encourage you to reach out to us at email@example.com regarding your situation. We may be able to come to some sort of arrangement.
To be eligible for a return you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping your product back. Your item must be unopened and sent back in original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Do not send your return via COD, it will be rejected.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Use a trackable shipping service. Product shipped without tracking that goes missing or gets damaged is not our responsibility and your refund may be rejected.
